Ozobot Blockly Running Program Issues

If you are having issues with running Ozobot Blockly programs, email support@ozobot.com with the Event Log:

  • Select Menu (located on the right side of the screen)
  • Select Help
  • Select Troubleshooting
  • Select Support info
  • Select Download event log
  • Download the attachment and email it to support@ozobot.com
