Please try the following using a Micro USB Charge Cable:
- Unplug the Evo from power
- Hold the power button approximately 5 seconds until the top LED flashes yellow
- Release the power button & immediately plug it in to power (If it is not plugged in fast enough, it may just turn off or calibrate…try it again)
- If timing is successful, the top LED will strobe flash yellow, then magenta, then start its charging animation
- Pair the Evo to either the Evo app or https://ozoblockly.com/editor to see if a firmware update is needed
