Please try the following:
- Unplug the charging base from power
- Uninstall/reinstall the Evo app onto your device
- Plug the charging base back into power (ensure no more than 18 Evos are connected to power or powered on)
- Open the Evo app and run the multi-bot update again (ensure the device being used does not have a screen or display time out enabled)
- Once the update has completed, send us a screen shot of the post summary and a pic of the Evos in the charge base (do not remove the Evos from power until after the picture has been taken).
