Here are some possible issues along with the troubleshooting steps:
- Location/WiFi/Bluetooth- Ensure your devices Location, Wifi, and Bluetooth Settings are turned on
- Too Much Going On- Close all running apps and open the Evo app again.
- Large Memory Backlog- Close all background apps, restart device, open Evo app.
- Installation Error- Uninstall Evo app, restart device and reinstall Evo app. Open Evo app.
- Too Many Paired Devices- You may need to unpair all other Bluetooth devices in order for Evo to pair
- Bluetooth Settings- Close Evo app, power off Evo, turn off Bluetooth, restart device, turn Bluetooth on, wait approx. 60 seconds, open Evo app.
