Evo does not use your standard Bluetooth menu to connect and therefore does not have a PIN. If you are having issues connecting, here are some possible issues along with the troubleshooting steps:
- Too Much Going On- Close all running apps and open the Evo app again.
- Large Memory Backlog- Close all background apps, restart device, open Evo app.
- Installation Error- Uninstall Evo app, restart device and reinstall Evo app. Open Evo app and log back in.
- Too Many Paired Devices- You may need to unpair all other Bluetooth devices in order for Evo to pair
- Bluetooth Settings- Ensure your device has it's Bluetooth Setting turned on. You might need to toggle on/off/on, and restart your device
- Location Settings- Ensure your devices Location Settings are turned on
